At Licksy LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services lick by lick. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund or replacement. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds.

1. Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery date to ensure the cancellation takes effect before the next shipment.
  • Refunds for Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any future deliveries. However, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged.
  • Subscription Flavor: If we are out of the quantity or flavor that you requested on your original order, we will send you another flavor of our choice until your flavor becomes available again or you cancel your subscription.

2. Individual Orders

  • Due to the perishable and alcohol-infused nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless there is an issue with your order. Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:
  • Product Damage: If your product arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct product or offer a refund.
  • Exceptional Situations: Other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of Licksy LLC.

To initiate a claim, contact us via the CONTACT US page within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: If a replacement is not possible, Refunds if granted will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
